Privacy Policy

1. INTRODUCTION
Thank you for using MYDUTY.
We are a South Korea based company, creating products to manage your duty schedules.
Please read our "User Agreement" and this Privacy Policy, providing consent to both documents in order to have permission to use our services.
2. DEFINITIONS
Throughout this document, we may use certain words or phrases, and it is important that you understand the meaning of each. The list is not all-encompassing and no definition should be considered binding to the point that it renders this Agreement nonsensical:
"Service" refers to the services that we provide;
"FourWheels" refers to our company; our Site; our Service; or a combination of all or some of the preceding definitions, depending on the context in which the word is used;
"User" refers to anyone who uses our Service;
"You" refers to you, the person who is entering into this Agreement with FourWheels.
3. DATA COLLECTED
Data Storage Location
All data is stored in the US (AWS datacenter).
Regration Data
If you register on our Service, we store your chosen username and your email address and any additional personal information added to your user profile. You can see, edit, or delete your personal information at any time. Service administrators can also see and edit this information.
Push Notification Token
We store your "Push Notification Token." We uses it to send you a notification message for any activity such as a group forum new post. Service administrators can see and, but can't edit this information.
Duty Schedules
We store your "Duty Schedules" that you provide. We uses it to provide Service to you and your group members. Service administrators can see and, but can't edit this information.

WHO HAS ACCESS TO YOUR DATA Your data can be accessed by:
Our system administrators.
Our customer supporters when they (in order to provide support) need to get the information about the data.
5. THIRD PARTY ACCESS TO YOUR DATA
We don’t share your data with third-parties in a way as to reveal any of your personal information like email, name, etc. The only exceptions to that rule are for partners we have to share limited data with in order to provide the services you expect from us. (Does not include sensitive your information like email, passwords, tokens, etc.) Please see below:
Amazon Simple Email Service(AWS)
We send email(like "newsletter", "password recovery", etc) using "Amazon Simple Email Service". This newsletter is only sent to customers who signed up specifically to receive the newsletter.

6. DATA TRANSFERS OUTSIDE THE EEA
We may transfer the personal data we obtain to third parties in countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA). The laws in those countries may not offer an adequate level of data protection. In particular, personal data may be transferred to the United States.
When we transfer your personal data outside the EEA, we will protect your personal data as described in this document and in accordance with applicable law, such as by entering into the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses for the transfer of personal data to a processor located outside of the European Union.
7. HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA
FourWheels retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which we collect or receive the personal data, except if required otherwise by applicable law. Typically, we will retain most of the personal data for the duration of your use of Service, until you have removed your account, unless a longer applicable statutory retention period applies. Note that after the deletion of your account your posts may be left on Service, while your name and avatar will be replaced by “deleted user”. If you would like to us remove your posts, please contact support@4wheels.kr.
8. SECURITY MEASURES
In case of a data breach, system administrators will immediately take all needed steps to ensure system integrity, will contact affected users and will attempt to reset passwords if needed.
Network
We use the SSL/HTTPS protocol throughout our Service. This encrypts our user communications with the servers so that personal identifiable information is not captured/hijacked by third parties without authorization.
Datacenter
All of our servers are within our own virtual private cloud (VPC) with network access control lists (ACL’s) that prevent unauthorized requests getting to our internal network. Only a handful of people can access data and they only do so in order to improve the services we provide. We monitor and audit our usage logs.
9. YOUR RIGHTS
You have the following rights in relation to your personal data:
The right to obtain, at reasonable intervals and free of charge, information on whether or not your personal data are being processed and to receive the personal data that is being processed in an intelligible form;
The right to request rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of or objection to processing of your personal data. You may also request us to provide you your data in a structured, commonly used and machine readable format which can be transmitted to another controller.
To exercise these rights, please contact us artist@4wheels.kr. We may request you to provide a copy of your ID card or otherwise evidence your identity. We will respond to your request within the applicable statutory term.
Moreover, subject to this document, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
10. UPDATES TO THIS PRIVACY STATEMENT
We may update this Privacy Statement from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes to this document on Service or through other appropriate communication channels. All changes shall be effective from the date of publication, unless otherwise provided in the notification.
